PMF Validation - MSP0
This is our simplest way of getting started. Validating your Product Market Fit is essential for early-stage companies. This is the opportunity to make adjustments. We help build the business model canvas, perform customer discovery, and ensure product to market alignment.
Product Workshop - MSP1
Our Product Workshop is designed to assist early-stage and growth-stage companies with reviewing, revising, developing, and structuring a product strategy that is precisely aligned to customers, investors, and liquidity targets. We will help with PMF, MVP, PRDs, MRDs, VoC, 1-to-n prioritization, and developing a defensible roadmap, correlating it to revenue models.
Pitch Decks - MSP2

Fundraising Prep - MSP3
Before a company begins fund-raising, financial documentation including Cap Tables, P&L, Projections, and Use of Proceeds must be thoroughly vetted and properly structured and in a format that is conducive to raising capital. We provide professional and defensible financial review and modelling, the right level of detail, and detailed supporting information. Additionally we create professional charts suitable for Pitch Decks.
NextGen Grants - MSP4
Our Grants team has an approach to securing non-dilutive capital that's revolutionary. We will assess company viability for grant funding from various local, state, and federal resources. Grants are non-dilutive and never have to be paid back. We cast a wide, but targeted net. We focus on elements of impact or SDG alignment where possible. We work with grant influencers and political lobbyists as well.
Marketing Strategy - MSP5
Marketing is the stimulus for sales, fundraising, general awareness, and ultimately liquidity. Our marketing services are comprehensive and include the critical elements such as lead-gen, demand-gem, PR, and collateral. We will produce a marketing plan, recommendations on social strategy, and information on how to measure and determine ROI of marketing spend.
